Originally from San Antonio, Rick (Austin, TX) and Diana (Matehuala, San Luis Potosí, Mexico) made the move to Abilene over five years ago and brought with them a love for family, flavor, and freshly made food. After years in the pipeline and corporate world, they decided to turn their passion for food and customer service into something truly special — a food truck that represents both of their cultures and culinary roots.
